Because of the COVID-19 health crisis, Kern High School District school sites will be closed to students for the remainder of the 2019-20 school year. All schools (with the exception of Centennial, ROP, TDS, Vista, & Vista West) operated by KHSD will serve “grab and go” meals between the hours of 11:00 am to 12:30 pm Monday through Friday.

ROP/TDS, Vista & Vista West students may pick up their meals at the school site closest to them. Students can either receive meals at the drive-through location established at the bus-loading zone or walk to the pick-up location to receive lunch and breakfast for the following day. If driving, we ask that parents and students remain in their vehicles while Nutrition Services distributes meals to each child in the car. Students need to be present to receive their meals.

** Please note there will not be meal service on Friday, April 10 or Monday, April 13. **

School site offices will also be closed through the remainder of the school year & will be very minimally staffed. Please call the school site number available on the KHSD website if you need to request assistance. This number is also posted on the front entry to the school site.
